Burlington Airport Taxi

Looking at the big and busy Toronto Pearson International Airport now a days, it's realy hard to believe it had such humble beginnings as it did. It's actual, however, that the airport beginning as no more than a flat field on the outskirts of Toronto in the village of Malton, with “terminal buildings" housed in a former farm house. For years after its first departure in September 1938. The small airport known as Malton Airport struggled to grow and keep up with constantly advancing aircraft design. In 1960, that persistence paid off when it was named Toronto International Airport.

Lester B. Pearson International Airport renamed Airport by Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau Twenty-four years later in honor of Lester Bowles Pearson, former Canadian Prime Minister and the I957 Nobel Peace Prize winner (for his role in establishing the United Nations Emergency Force). Today, Toronto Pearson International Airport is one of the busiest flying hubs in the world.
